It's been a while since I posted an update but nothing much has been going on. Keaton a had a great birthday. We just had family over, but he got almost everything he wanted. We will invite his friends over in a couple of weeks, and they are going to play Lazer Tag.
I finished basketball season.
Both Keaton and Kylie have started their sports for the spring. Keaton is playing flag-football, and Kylie is playing soccer.
We took a road trip right before the sports started and went to the George Bush Library. As we were going to College Station, we passed through Anderson and stopped to ride a stagecoach at the Fanthorpe Inn historical site.
We went ice skating with Kylie's Girl Scout troop.
We went on a family bike ride, and stopped at the park where Kenzie learned how to pump her legs on the swing.
Karli and Kylie are spending part of Spring Break with my grandparents, so Kenzie and Keaton went to the soccer field to fly their new kites. Of course, Kenzie picked the Batman kite over the Princess one. There was not much wind, but Kenzie somehow managed to get her kite up and fly it for a while.
Here are some pictures of Kenzie in her new dress.
My friend and I took a few pictures at the park.
And no post would be complete without a few more pictures of the little girls.

Kacee Update
Last night we received an update about Kacee from Angels=a at Ladybugs N Love. Angela sent us 4 new pictures. You can see how much Kacee has grown since our last pictures in November. We will get updated measurements closer to travel.
This is what we know from the SWI:
1. We have received the care package you mailed. Wei Wei was very excited when she saw the candy and toy. We often show her your photo album and tell her which is dad, mom, big brother and big sister. Now she can recognize you all.
2. Little Wei Wei can hear sounds and she is learning talking now. She can say some simple single words and double words, such as: Jie (big sister), Ma Ma (mom), etc.
3. When little Wei Wei is upset, we will pick her up or give her something she likes to eat, she will be happy soon.
4. Wei Wei is not potty trained yet. She still wears diapers. We just starting training her use potty daytime.
5. She drinks from a bottle.
6. Wei Wei has been always sleeping alone in her own crib.
7. Her favorite toys are a beautiful little cell phone and American dolls.
8. When asked if there was anything the orphanage would like us to mail Kacee, they said, "If it’s possible, please send her a little cell phone. We are sure Wei Wei will be very excited to receive it from you!"
We are so blessed to be working with an orphanage that is so open to communication and care packages. Many of the ones in China are very much close-mouthed and waiting parents do not get updates, new photos, or even tell the children they are being adopted.
